The service was top-notch, from the warm welcome at the parking lot to the fast and relaxed check-in process. The owner took the time to explain everything, including the complimentary parking and breakfast. We also appreciated the little touches like the Coway water dispenser and Nespresso machine in the room. a 5-star service in a 3-star hotel.

The cozy and homely ambience of the hotel, along with the owner's personal stones collection, made it highly Instagrammable. The room offered plenty of space, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms, providing all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the filtered water system in the room was a pleasant surprise, reducing plastic waste. The staff at the reception and during breakfast were courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. They assisted with arranging taxis for me, as I didn't have a local number to call Grab myself. The breakfast options were great, with both Western and regional choices available. my experience at Bedrock Hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ipoh.

Some minor water seepage through the floor between the bathroom and bedroom was reported by some guests, but the hotel promptly provided extra floor mats, and it was no longer an issue.

Thirdly, the staff were extremely friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Finally, the parking was never a problem and I felt my car was safe with the security guard outside.
